Life is difficult. There are so many things grabbing our attention. I try to tune in to myself – my inner being/soul/heart – for guidance in my thoughts and actions. I realized one great way to do this is by painting. There are no rules and I am, in fact, making reality – being a creator. There is great liberty and empowerment in this. I know that the guidance is never wrong and is to be trusted. �� This was done over the course of 3 months. I usually like to work when called to and that is how I approached this. After the first month I thought it was finished but it was the rational part of my mind – it never felt resolved and I finally worked on it to finish it.
