The cigar started off with a subdued series of flavor notes for me. It’s the 2nd third and the final third that the nuttiness note really stands out. I had a glass of Old Granddad with one and half a dozen more Sumatras with different coffees like cinnamon hazelnut and southern pecan. I had one and ordered a box. I’m still smoking more than I should. This is a deeply impressive cigar that compliments nutty notes with coffee and bourbon. Oily wrapper, 2nd and final third has full bodied notes, retro is smooth, burns even, lots of smoke, pulls perfectly, but the ash is a little loose so don’t push your luck or you’ll end up with ash all over your lap. The flavor notes are consistent between cigars and different orders. I even want to compliment the band design, well done all around indeed. I highly recommend this cigar to anyone who enjoys nuttiness notes in their coffee or bourbon. Enjoy.
