My first experience with this lighter was with the one that comes in the CD travel case that has a cutter and a lighter. I use it all the time, and recently the original one has started to show signs of wear, one jet does not have as much pressure as the other, and does not extend out as far. I recently bought a replacement blue one for when the other dies, which sadly looks like it is slowly dying. They are inexpensive, very reliable, and I will likely buy a few more to keep on hand as replacements, given how cheap they are. My biggest aside from the reliability is that the tank is huge and you can see the fuel levels, unlike some larger lighters that only offer a small window or none at all, so gauging fuel level in the tank becomes difficult in those. This lighter does not have that. Also, another huge plus is that it almost always lights with very little purging needed after refilling. Several lighters I get require constant purging, filling, purging a bit more, and then filling again and they still sputter and barely work. I have not had that issue with this lighter
