The Competition will commence on 1/3/2026 and finish on 30/09/2026 at 5pm AEST (“Competition Period”). 2. Entry is open to Australia & New Zealand residents over the age of 18 years who purchase and redeem a specially marked bucket of 3M Cubitron™ 3 1182C Fibre Discs during the Competition Period (“Entrants”). Employees, directors, distributors and/or officers (and their immediate family members and members of their households) of the Promoter or of its subsidiaries or related companies or agencies associated with the Competition are ineligible to participate. 3. Every specially marked bucket of 3M Cubitron™ 3 1182C 36 Fibre Discs Buckets (7012888353) purchased during the Competition Period from selected 3M distributors will include a disc advising either (a) the Entrant has instantly won one of the 6 instant prizes, or (b) the Entrant has received a disc for entry into the unclaimed prize draw (12,000 specially marked tubs in total). 4. To be eligible in claiming an instant win prize or enter the draw, Entrants must complete the details on the disc, take a photo of the completed disc, and send it to
[email protected] along with the receipt evidencing proof of purchase by 5pm AEST on 30/09/2026 (“Entry”). If an Entrant submits details with a company receipt, the Entry will be considered on behalf of the company named on the receipt. Multiple eligible Entries are permitted, and Entrants may win more than one prize. 5. Winners are determined by a game of chance. A draw for unclaimed prizes will take place at 9am on 20/10/2026 at Unit 12, 36 Ralph St, Alexandria NSW 2015. 6. Winners will be notified in writing by the Promoter within 7 days. If a company receipt was used as part of the Entry, the prize will be allocated to the company named. Allocation within the company is at the company’s authorised representative’s discretion. 7. Prizes include: 1 x Ford Ranger 2026 26MY 4X2 XL Double Cab Pickup (Arctic White, Ebony Cloth Trim, 2.0L Single Turbo Diesel, 6 Speed Automatic) valued at $48,752 AUD (“Major Prize”) and 5 x Gozney Arc Pizza Ovens valued at $1,199 AUD (“Minor Prize”) (collectively, the “Prizes”). First initial, last name and postcode will be listed for winners of any prizes over $250. 9. Delivery of Prizes will be arranged with each winner upon notification or within 28 days. 10. The Major Prize winner may upgrade the vehicle at their own expense. Delivery lead time depends on availability, potentially up to 6 months. 11. The Major Prize winner is responsible for insurance before collection. 12. The prize provider will assist with registration and provide required details in advance. 13. The Promoter is not responsible for petrol, insurance, transport, or any other costs or damages related to the Major Prize. 14. The Major Prize winner must collect the vehicle from their local participating Ford dealership. 15. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 16. Prizes must be taken as stated. No compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use a Prize. 17. The Major Prize winner (and any companion) must hold a valid Australian or New Zealand driver’s licence. 18. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except as allowed in these Terms or at the Promoter’s discretion. 19. Printing errors or quality issues outside the control of the player will not be the sole basis for refusing a prize. 23. Entry eligibility is at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged Entries or communications. 25. Third party supplied Prizes are subject to that supplier’s terms and conditions. 26. Prizes may come with non‑excludable guarantees under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the Promoter excludes all liability for loss or damage except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 27. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 28. Except where liability cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its agencies exclude liability for any loss incurred by Entrants, including indirect or consequential loss, negligence, or personal injury. No responsibility is taken for ineligible entries due to technical or other reasons. 29. The Promoter may vary or cancel the Competition at any time, subject to applicable laws. 30. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability arising from winning a Prize. 31. By submitting an Entry, Entrants are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. 32.
